Why Should I Invest with Prime Waters?

What’s My Earning Percentage?

Our profit-sharing model is designed to benefit you with a 70:30 split—where you earn 70%, and we take 30% as our management fee. This covers everything from marketing your apartment and ensuring a steady flow of guests to managing the day-to-day operations. We take care of all the details, safeguarding your investment while you enjoy a hassle-free income.

What Type of Houses Are These?

We partner with a network of developers who build new houses. We reach agreements with them to use these houses for a period of 15 to 20 years (depending on the project). This allows us to enter the rental real estate market without the significant investment of purchasing the houses outright.

Can I Stop the Investment Midway?

Once the 30-day refund window has passed, you can only stop the investment if we find someone to buy and take over the investment from you. We may also buy it back from you, but this will depend on various factors at that time.

What Happens if the Investment Fails?

Our team conducts thorough research to minimize risk. In the unlikely event of a setback, we’ll convert the property to a traditional rental model, ensuring you still earn returns on your investment.

Can I Request a Refund?

Yes, we offer two types of refund policies:

  • 7-Day Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days, you will receive your money back within 48 hours, minus a 30% administrative charge.

30-Day Refund: If you request a refund within 30 days of payment but after the initial 7 days, it will take up to 90 days to process your refund, minus a 30% administrative charge.
Please note that once we receive payment, we typically begin work within 7 days. Refunds requested after the 7-day period may take longer because we need to sell the asset to another buyer, as we do not hold on to the funds.

When Will I Receive My Returns?

You will receive your first payment based on our profit-sharing agreement, either, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual. For a yearly payment example, if you make a payment in January 2024, you can expect to receive your first return in March 2025. This timeline accounts for the 1-3 months needed to complete the apartment's setup.

Who Owns the House?

The house belongs to you. Our role is to help you secure and set up short-term rentals, manage them, and ensure profitability on your behalf—without you needing to cover the full cost of purchasing the house.

Can I Own More Than One Property?

Yes, you can invest in more than one project with us. However, our initial offering has only 10 slots available. If there are still slots open, you can invest in as many as you like.

Can I Take Over My Apartment After Setup?

Yes, you can. Remember, the house is yours. You have the option to take 100% ownership at any time. If you decide to take over the property within the first 5 years, you will need to pay our buyout clause, which is 1M.
