- The guest shall ensure that the premises are in good condition, neat and well-kept.
- The guest should ensure that the apartment is used lawfully. Only activities and conduct permitted by the law are allowed on the premises.
- Guests are fully responsible for damages to items. electronics, furniture, and any property in the apartment. In case of damage incurred by the guest during the period of stay, full payment will be made to replace any damaged items. Full payment should be made before checkout.
- A representative of Prime Apartment has the right to inspect the room at any time without any prior notice to enforce the terms of the agreement.
- The guest shall vacate the premises (room and compound) by 11 am on the exact checkout date in line with payment made.
- Guests are expected to dispose of all waste generated in the room.
- Parties, get-togethers, meetings, and gatherings are not allowed anywhere within the premises. It’s strictly residential
- Loud music, noise, violent conduct, or acts likely to disrupt the peace of neighbors are not allowed within the premises.
- Only 6 adults are allowed on the premises at any point in time. We reserve the right to evict guest (without refund) incase of violation.
